Terms & Conditions

Last updated:: January 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UAE Will website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

UAE Will is a private legal-tech service provider. We assist individuals with the preparation of Wills intended for registration with the relevant competent authorities in the United Arab Emirates, including the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD). UAE Will is not a government entity, a law firm, or a court. We do not provide legal representation and our materials do not constitute legal advice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old and of sound mind to use the Service.
  • The Service is generally intended for non-Muslim individuals seeking to register a Will under applicable UAE frameworks. Where local law requires, additional eligibility conditions may apply.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all personal, family, and asset data you submit.
  • You agree to review all draft documents carefully prior to signature, registration, or submission to any authority.
  • You acknowledge that final registration decisions rest with the relevant competent authority, not with UAE Will.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Government registration fees, translations, notarization, and other third-party charges are not included unless explicitly stated. Payments are non-refundable once preparation work has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, branding, and software made available through the Service remain the property of UAE Will or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use deliverables prepared specifically for you, solely for your personal estate planning purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAE Will shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the rejection of a Will by a competent authority, delays caused by third parties, or inaccuracies in information provided by the client. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
