We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) or any other UAE government body. References to ADJD and other authorities are informational only and refer to the relevant competent authorities with whom Wills are ultimately registered.

The information, templates, and guidance made available through the Service are provided for general informational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Final acceptance and registration of a Will is determined exclusively by the relevant competent authority. UAE Will cannot guarantee any specific outcome, processing time, or decision. Authorities may request additional documentation, translations, or amendments at their sole discretion.

All documents prepared through the Service rely on information provided by the client. UAE Will is not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information. Clients are responsible for reviewing all draft documents prior to signature or submission.

Our Service may reference or link to third-party platforms (translators, notaries, payment processors, government portals). UAE Will is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UAE Will and its personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to rejection or delay of a Will by a competent authority.
